Precast Construction

We excel at the design of precast structures and have an impressive resume of projects in this area.

We have designed many different precast structures for customers such as Cebus Rimon, Ramet Ltd., Solel Boneh, Ashtrom, Etz HaShaked, Trom Raz, Minrav, Tromtavor, and more.

We have vast experience in the design of prefabricated building shells. Our projects include residences for which all design work, including prefab, was performed by our office, as well as precasted shells for various precast manufacturers and contractors (see the following list).

Our office has also designed industrial and office buildings using the prefab method – including pillars, prestressed beams, prestressed ceilings, and prefabricated shells. Other projects of interest include the four-story ONTEC building in Be'ersheva, a three-story 70,000 sqm building in the Rehovot Industrial Park (Africa Israel – Amot Investments) and a four-story structure in the ISPRO center in Netanya's South Industrial Zone (Ampa Bldg.) featuring prefab pillars, prestressed beams, prestressed hollow core slabs, and prestressed walls.
